Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale data center program in North Dakota. The role covers multiple campuses, overseeing site development, structural/MEP operations, and energization efforts with large field teams.

Based out of Bismarck, ND, the position offers competitive base salary, weekly per diem, vehicle allowance, travel expenses, and bonus opportunities as part of a long-term project pipeline in a premier AI infrastructure

Hyperscale AI Data Center Program

Build One of the Largest AI Infrastructure Programs in North America

Seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center construction program spanning multiple campuses in North Dakota. These projects represent billions of dollars in active construction and include multiple high-density AI facilities ranging from approximately 369,000 SF to nearly 1 million SF per building. The program includes 100 MW, 150 MW, and campus-wide deployments totaling hundreds of megawatts of critical IT load supporting next-generation artificial intelligence and high-performance computing environments.

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
