Job Summary

• As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will be a key player in our client's construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on assigned projects to ensure safe, timely, and profitable completion.
• Supervise construction efforts, including safety, productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance.
• Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other contractors.
• Collaborate with project management to develop and implement project procedures and standards.
• Oversee project safety, including regular reviews and audits of site-specific safety documentation.
• Manage subcontractors to comply with the established project schedule, and track and verify progress.
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of construction management experience or craft supervision experience on Mechanical projects, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.
