Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in HVAC technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and maintenance operations to meet standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with tradesmen, contractors, and officials for installation and repair of facilities equipment.
• Direct system repairs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure safe completion with minimal operations disruption.
• Assist engineering with budget, drawings, and design to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily logs, progress, and financial reports.
• Support additional projects as needed.
