Responsibilities

  • Travel to job sites (including out-of-town/overnight as needed).
  • Assist with mounting panels and racking systems per plans.
  • Use hand/power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read installation drawings and complete work accurately to requirements.
  • Work from ladders, rooftops, scaffolds, and lifts when required.
  • Follow safety policies and report hazards or site concerns promptly.
  • Support progress through site prep, material handling, and assigned tasks.

As a Mechanical Solar Installer, you’ll help bring clean power to life by supporting the installation of solar panels, racking, and related hardware to match project specs, company standards, and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities
