Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of project management experience in mechanical services, HVAC, plumbing, piping, construction, or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, service operations, project coordination, and field execution.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and customer expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, technicians, supervisors, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites and project locations as needed.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Manage mechanical service projects from initial scope review through completion, commissioning, punch list, and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate labor needs, and communicate timelines with customers, field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications, estimates, proposals, contracts, and change orders to confirm project requirements and expectations.
• Track project budgets, costs, procurement, material delivery, labor productivity, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, progress updates, closeout documents, warranty information, and other project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, staging, and installation activities to support efficient field execution.
• Support safety compliance by reinforcing company policies, OSHA requirements, and jobsite best practices.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and elevate concerns when needed to protect quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with internal and external teams.
