Job summary

JAGS Mechanical is seeking a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our commercial service operations in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to multiple systems, with a company vehicle and quarterly bonuses.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating on-call shifts. You will maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, building a broad mechanical skill set.

• No experience required; company provides training.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, food service equipment repair, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.

Pay

We offer our Mechanical Maintenance Technician a competitive wage of $50,000-$120,000 per year, and includes a company vehicle and quarterly performance-based bonuses.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating on-call shifts.

As our Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and food service systems. This role will offer daily variety, technical skill development, and exposure to a wide range of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
