Job summary

JAGS Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our commercial service operations in Cincinnati, OH and Columbus, OH. This full-time role offers hands-on training, exposure to multiple systems, and a path to build a reliable, in-demand skill set.

The position runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating on-call shifts, and includes a company vehicle, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we invest in training and sending you to trade schools.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, food service equipment repair, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.

JAGS Mechanical is hiring a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our commercial service operations in both Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. Whether you are new to the industry or looking to expand your technical experience, this role offers hands‑on training, exposure to multiple systems, and the opportunity to build a reliable, in‑demand skill set.

Pay

We offer our Mechanical Maintenance Technician a competitive wage of $50,000-$120,000 per year, and includes a company vehicle and quarterly performance-based bonuses.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating on-call shifts.

As our Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and food service systems. This role will offer daily variety, technical skill development, and exposure to a wide range of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
