Job summary

JAGS Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our commercial service operations in Cincinnati, OH and Columbus, OH. This full-time role offers hands-on training, exposure to multiple systems, and a path to build a reliable, in-demand skill set.

The position runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating on-call shifts, and includes a company vehicle, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we invest in training and sending you to trade schools.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, food service equipment repair, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and food service systems.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and contribute to skill development across a wide range of mechanical equipment.
