Job summary

Mazak Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineering Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering team. The Sales Engineering Mechanical Engineer will work with the engineering group to manage and coordinate project activities, support existing product offerings, and perform testing and analysis to define, troubleshoot and improve product specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Machine tool product development experience preferred.
• Ability to perform testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support machine groups for customer option purchases and installation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Sales and Executives to develop machine tool solutions.
• Plan, conceptualize, and create designs for existing and new products.
• Develop testing processes and validate new designs.
• Record testing data and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion.
