Neuralink is seeking a Mechanical & Robotics Engineer to design and produce hardware for our assistive robotic arm and brain–computer interface devices. You will own projects from concept to production, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software considerations in a high‑stakes, interdisciplinary environment.

You will collaborate with clinicians and engineers, apply analytical methods and simulations, and drive device launches from prototyping to manufacturing, with base salary and RSU

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of engineering first principles
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical engineering industry experience
• Proficient in 3D CAD

Mansioni

• Design and integrate robot mechanical and electrical components and assemblies with a heavy emphasis on usability and safety
• Collaborate with clinical trial participants, neuroscientists, biologists, and engineers to establish design criteria
• Rapidly and effectively build systems to meet project goals
• Apply calculations and simulations for the design and optimization of structures and mechanical components
• Actively drive every phase of device launch from prototyping to manufacturing release
