We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Researcher to join our Baby Care Process Research Lab. In this role, you will work hands-on in our pilot lab to convert mechanical equipment for various product tests. Familiarity with mechanics and machinery is essential.
Your responsibilities include partnering with project teams to set up and execute tests on research equipment. Understanding the testing objectives and equipment capabilities will help optimize the testing process, ensuring the right tests are performed at the right time and scale.
Prior experience in manufacturing or a lab environment is preferred to facilitate quick adaptation to the Pilot area. Ensuring safe practices and maintaining equipment condition are imperative.
