We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Researcher to join our Baby Care Process Research Lab. In this role, you will be hands-on in our pilot lab, converting mechanical equipment to perform various product tests. Familiarity with mechanics and machinery is essential.

Your responsibilities include partnering with project teams to set up and execute tests on research equipment. Understanding the testing objectives and equipment capabilities will help optimize the testing process, ensuring the right tests are performed at the right time and scale.

Prior experience in manufacturing or a lab environment is preferred to facilitate quick adaptation to the Pilot area. It is crucial to operate safely and maintain the baseline condition of equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical researcher or technician. Similar roles such as field technician, machine repair technician, or lab equipment technician are also considered.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Mechanical expertise to manipulate equipment effectively for product testing.
  • Experience in Research & Development or manufacturing is a plus.
