Job summary

Egan Company in Champlin seeks an experienced Project Manager for the Mechanical-Refrigeration Construction group. In this position, you'll manage mid-to-large scale projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary and scheduling constraints. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to travel for job sites. Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of construction/project management experience in the Mechanical Refrigeration industry.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and client sites around Minnesota and out of state.
• Must obtain OSHA-30 certification within six months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute mid-to-large scale projects while adhering to budget and time constraints.
• Conduct effective pre-planning meetings and support field personnel.
• Evaluate the contractual scope of work and establish project positions.
