Prince Industries in the United States is seeking a Mechanical Quality Inspector to lead First Article Inspections and ensure product conformance to customer drawings and specifications. The role coordinates receiving, in-process, and final inspections, and records results in the Quality System Network.

Ideal candidates have GD&T expertise, experience with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools, plus at least 5 years in aerospace or AS9100 environments.

Qualifications

• Aerospace experience OR AS9100
• Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• 5+ years preferred experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilités

• Perform First Article Inspection and verify product conformity to drawings and specs.
• Coordinate receiving, in-process, and final inspections and document results.
• Follow Quality System procedures and reports in the system.
• Investigate non-conformities with Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Ensure proper operation of measurement equipment per guidelines.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize GD&T, blueprint reading and spec interpretation
