Job summary

RK Mechanical, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate submittals, procurement, and schedules, helping keep budgets on track and change orders under control.

You will work with experienced PMs and field leaders to gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle and grow into leadership within the mechanical construction sector.

Qualifications

• 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
• Requires advanced techniques and knowledge within his/her function.
• Acts with independence regarding complex issues and policy matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of staff on assigned projects.
• Oversee project administration and documentation to protect RK Mechanical and client interests.
• Ensure contracts are secured, reviewed, processed and executed.
• Review and distribute project budgets.
