Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
• Develop a schedule for all phases the build.
• Lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day management with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment.
• Interface with all company departments to resolve issues.
• Liaison between client, company, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Ensure safety measures, procedures, and requirements are met.
• Assist with submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals & warranties for closeout.
