Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relations from preconstruction through closeout.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid grasp of HVAC and plumbing systems, with a focus on safety and quality across healthcare, education, and high-rise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
