Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager - P.E. to lead the planning, design, and delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This role manages scope, budget, schedule, and quality for HVAC, plumbing and building systems.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years in project management or mechanical engineering, and a PE license. PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management or mechanical engineering.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules on engineering projects.
• PE license required.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and MEP projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, and project financial performance.
• Coordinate design, constructability, and value engineering reviews with project stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement of mechanical equipment and materials to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and manage change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project progress and delivery goals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing project updates and performance reporting.
• Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and junior staff.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. The role is responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, and quality for HVAC, plumbing and building systems work.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and MEP projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, and project financial performance.
