Location Mineola, NY

Pay: up to $150K yearly salary DOE + Excellent benefits

Type: Full time permanent employment

• Manage daily construction activities and project schedule, budget, safety and QA/QC
• Provide full administrative support to the energy engineering group to ensure smooth completion of various construction efforts.
• Assist with the organization, tracking, review, and disposition of various engineering and construction documents including RFI, Submittals, Shop drawings and change orders.
• Coordinate with designers, field service supervisors, contractors and clients to communicate project status and priorities.
• Attend construction progress meetings and site visits.
• Resolve on-site issues and manage risks mitigating negative impacts to project and client.
• Manage and coordinate Subcontractors.
• Support mechanical design professionals, also assist in project bidding and contractor evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar degrees
• 2-5+ years of Construction Management Experience.
• Experience working with NY Power Authority, NYCHA, Army Corps of Engineers, GSA or similar agencies a plus
• FE/EIT Certification or CCM Certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgement capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with computer aided drafting software, proficiency Auto cad and Revit preferred.
• Experience in Construction Management software, Procore ETC.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
