Wallace Montgomery, a Mid-Atlantic engineering firm, is seeking experienced mechanical engineers to support planning, design, and execution of complex facility projects from concept to commissioning. This team will work collaboratively from early concept development through construction and commissioning.
Responsibilities include designing HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, process piping, and advancing energy efficiency while ensuring code compliance; proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred,
Competenze
- Experience with load calculations, equipment sizing and system layouts.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability strategies preferred.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, NFPA and local building codes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Mansioni
- Design HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, process piping, and thermal systems for facilities.
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts.
- Apply knowledge of codes and standards to project design and documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams through concept, design, and construction phases.
- Support commissioning and close-out activities for complex facility projects.
