Mechanical Project Manager

Join our innovative team to lead mechanical projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization will take place in summer 2026.

Overview

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will supervise, direct, and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on our projects, collaborating with mechanical trades superintendents, subcontractors, and the RQ team. You will deliver quality work within the government's specified requirements, targeted budget, and schedule from conceptual design to completion.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of mechanical construction activities.
• Direction and coordination of mechanical trades and subcontractors.
• Collaboration with RQ team members.
• Ensuring projects meet government specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Managing multiple mechanical projects with scopes of at least $5,000,000.

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (high school diploma or GED minimum).
• Five or more years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on projects of at least $5,000,000.
• Preferred: Government, military, or large commercial construction experience; design‑build industry experience.
• Preferred: Track record managing projects in medical centers, dental facilities, or other healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Primavera P6; BIM and CADD familiarity acceptable.
