Job Summary

Lead mechanical projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. Daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities. Collaborate with mechanical trades superintendents, subcontractors, and the RQ team. Deliver quality work within government‑specified requirements, targeted budget, and schedule from conceptual design to completion.

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma or GED minimum.
• Courses in project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM and CADD preferred.
• Five or more years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects with a mechanical scope of at least $5,000,000 required.
• Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Design‑build industry experience highly desirable.
• Track record of managing projects in medical centers, dental facilities, or other healthcare environments preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, Primavera P6) preferred. Training can be provided.
• BIM software literacy preferred. Training can be provided.
