Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Tennessee seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing project delivery. This full-time role offers strong salary and benefits and opportunities for career growth.

You will build relationships with general contractors and owners, review estimates, coordinate with vendors and field teams, and manage schedules, budgets, codes, and change orders on mid- to large-scale projects.

Formación

• 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of state HVAC and plumbing building codes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, owners, and GC's.

Responsabilidades

• Build and strengthen relationships with both GC’s and Owners.
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects
• Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.
• Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Tennesseethat works on many of Tennessee’s biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Tennessee’s best and brightest Mechanical Project Manager’s in the near future.
