You will build relationships with general contractors and owners, review estimates, coordinate with vendors and field teams, and manage schedules, budgets, codes, and change orders on mid- to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of state HVAC and plumbing building codes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, owners, and GC's.

• Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects
• Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.
• Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.
