GPAC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, and contractor coordination, ensuring safety and quality while delivering projects on time and within scope. This role offers growth within a nationally respected contractor.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and financial tracking skills, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
