Mechanical Project Manager - Lehi, Utah

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Managerto lead complex mechanical fabrication and installation projects from kickoff through completion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to move projects from design and fabrication through logistics, field installation, and final delivery - safely, on time, on budget, and to customer expectations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with experience in modular fabrication (modulation) and pre-assembles mechanical fabrication, modular construction, pre-assembled mechanical systems, MEP coordination, industrial construction, or skid-mounted equipment assemblies.The Mechanical Project Manager will manage multiple industrial construction projects with a scope of over $200m

What You’ll Do

• Manage mechanical fabrication and installation projects from kickoff through final completion
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with engineering, production, procurement, quality, logistics, field teams, and customers
• Oversee modular mechanical systems, prefabricated assemblies, and skid-mounted equipment from fabrication through transport and installation
• Support constructability reviews and modularization strategies during project planning
• Coordinate mechanical systems with electrical and plumbing components to ensure successful MEP integration
• Review drawings and specifications to identify issues before they become field problems
• Track labor, materials, subcontractor costs, project risks, and change orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, industrial construction, modular construction, or project management
• Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication and industrial construction processes
• Experience with modular fabrication, prefabricated assemblies, skid-mounted systems, or modular equipment packages preferred
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and trade coordination
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings/specifications
• Strong scheduling, budget management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep cross-functional teams aligned
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
