Job summary

The Bell Company is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee major mechanical and plumbing projects across the East Coast, including hospitals and industrial facilities. The role focuses on coordinating labor, schedules, procurement, and safety to meet complex design and performance goals.

Qualified candidates have 5–10 years in heavy industrial and institutional construction with piping expertise, self-perform experience, and a track record of projects above $5 million.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in heavy industrial and institutional construction with piping/plumbing expertise.
• Experience with self-perform mechanical/plumbing contractors.
• Past projects greater than $5 million.
• Strong problem solving, scheduling, cost control, procurement and safety.
• Ability to work long hours and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing project teams and labor coordination.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, quality and safety during execution.
• Deliver projects on time for hospitals, laboratories, and large institutional sites.
