  • Coordinate and oversee onsite activities of RK field personnel and subcontractors
  • Develop and execute a project "Master Plan" to support successful project delivery
  • Manage daily and weekly work schedules to maintain project milestones
  • Execute, supervise, and maintain project planning initiatives
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget expectations
  • Maintain high standards of quality craftsmanship across all installations
  • Coordinate material, tool, and equipment requisitions to support field operations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements
  • Maintain proper workforce utilization and support employee development efforts
  • Assist with project planning and coordination alongside Project Management and Supervision teams
  • Support conflict resolution and address field‑related challenges proactively
  • Partner with Corporate Safety personnel to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Serve as a customer liaison and help maintain positive project relationships
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, quality, and project performance
  • Lead by example and support workforce development through training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading field crews on commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, installation practices, and code requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, labor coordination, and field productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
