Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Executive in Dublin, OH to lead mechanical and MEP construction initiatives. The role focuses on delivering reliable uptime, coordinating with field teams, and driving project success for commercial and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate brings a CM or ME degree, 10+ years PM experience in HVAC/MEP, strong cost control skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software such as Autodesk Build or Spectrum ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, ME or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of PM experience in HVAC/MEP construction, with at least 5 years supporting industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project financials.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CM software like Autodesk Build or Spectrum ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, focusing on reliability and uptime.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client reps for seamless execution.
• Monitor schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, POs, change orders, and progress billings.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor/vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.

We are working with a national MEP contractor who needs a mechanical project executive in Dublin, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience with various commercial and industrial mechanical and MEP systems.

What You’ll Own

• Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on reliability, and uptime requirements.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP construction, with at least 5 years supporting industrial or commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).
