Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 8–10+ years in Petrochem/Chemicals/Refinery projects; PMP/LEED are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, LEED) advantageous.
• 8–10+ years in Petrochem/Chemicals/Refinery construction or project management with manufacturing/utilities experience.
• Experience in storage tanks, truck loading systems, pumps, valves, meters, alarms and interlocks control.
• Proficiency with project management software, budgeting tools, and data analysis; ability to model and report for decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
• FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Responsibilities

• Oversee truck loading facilities, storage tanks, flare systems, and interconnecting piping at the Waggaman site from design through startup and commissioning.
• Lead projects across equipment delivery, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout with cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and manage budgets; identify variances and implement corrective actions; present status reports.
• Create detailed project schedules, track progress, manage dependencies and resource allocation.
• Support procurement, consultant selection, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards; perform quality reviews.
• Engage stakeholders, communicating risks, opportunities, and project status.
• Prepare performance reports and financial models for executive leadership.
