Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or related industry.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Exposure to BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
