Qualifications
0–3+ years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or related industry.
Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project operations.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams.
Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exposure to BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)
