What You’ll Do
  • Ensure that safety programs and worksite procedures are followed—help keep teams safe and productive.
  • Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets all specifications and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project operations and documentation.
  • Verify that all equipment and materials meet project requirements and are properly used onsite.
  • Learn and apply critical field procedures for surveying, bolting, welding, and more.
What You Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (or working toward one).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take on new challenges.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • High spatial intelligence and ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.
  • Willingness to complete OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification and CPR/First Aid Training (We\'ll help you get there!).
