Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience in construction industry preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree with a Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management focus OR pursuing such a degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Estimate, budget, and control labor and material costs.
• Prepare accurate project documentation including schedules and correspondence.
• Coordinate quality assurance and subcontract work.
