Position: Mechanical Project Engineer - Raleigh, NC

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our Raleigh, NC team. In this pivotal role, you will:

  1. Lead the mechanical design on various projects, collaborating with our mechanical design staff across the firm.
  2. Spearhead the design of complex projects as the mechanical technical lead.
  3. Work with Project Managers, Senior Engineers, and other Project Engineers to develop and execute detailed design documents.
  4. Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements :
  • 6-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Registered Professional Engineer in NC, or ability to obtain through reciprocity within three months of start date
  • Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Field knowledge of mechanical systems and familiarity with Trane Trace 700 analysis software
  • Knowledge and application of sustainable design practices
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
Desirable :
  • Commissioning expertise
  • Federal Government design experience
  • LEED accreditation
