Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer

Location: Madison, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Range: $80k - $95k + bonus

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Mechanical Project Engineer in Madison.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects of varying duration and capital expenditure initiatives that will serve to improve existing equipment, products, and processes.
• Investigate and recommend new manufacturing process equipment to aid production.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering to achieve assigned goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering and project management experience is required – Capital expansion, machine installation, facility construction
• Knowledge of plastics injection molding machines required (25 of their 50 machines are injection molding)
• Engineering degree or relevant certifications preferred
