Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Development Executive - Mechanical to drive growth with general contractors and MEP partners in the Southeast. You will lead account plans, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate closely with Mechanical Construction Operations to win and execute projects.

You’ll build strong relationships, present compelling proposals, and guide the preconstruction process from design through bid to contract, delivering results for both MSS and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain account plans for specified general contractors.
• Provide weekly pipeline and opportunity management reports for strategic projects.
• Maintain CRM records and monthly competitive landscape updates.
• Foster collaboration between Sales and Mechanical Construction Operations.
• Generate leads and close opportunities with organic customers.
• Lead MSS responses on client/project interviews.
• Support preconstruction for plan-spec, design assist, and design-build opportunities.
