Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; HVAC load calculation software preferred.
• Experience with plumbing and fire protection design preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers with planning and designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems and BIM models.
• Lead development of mechanical construction documents: plans, details, schedules, specs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Review drawings for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
• Support project execution through field investigations and construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge.
