Design West Engineering in Edmonds, Washington is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our growing team. You will use AutoCAD and Revit to prepare construction documents for plumbing and HVAC systems while collaborating with top engineers in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for construction documents.
• 2+ years as a Mechanical Designer in HVAC/plumbing design, controls, or hydronics.
• Strong communication and time management skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform design calculations and system selections under supervision.
• Calculate building loads with Energy Pro or similar tools as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet timelines and deadlines.
