Gus Perdikakis Associates Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanical Process Engineer to design and deliver utility systems for industrial facilities in Green Bay, WI.

The role leads process engineering efforts, supports multidisciplinary project teams, and serves as a technical resource throughout project execution. Based in Green Bay with remote consideration for qualified U.S.-based candidates who can travel to support client projects, field work, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years of experience with industrial utility systems.
• Experience developing P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer industrial utility systems including steam, refrigeration/ammonia, compressed air, HVAC, compressed gases, and water systems.
• Develop equipment specifications, process documentation, and technical reports.
• Create mass and energy balances, P&IDs, equipment lists, and connection documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Support project estimating, proposal development, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluate existing conditions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
