Qualifications

• Proficiency with estimating software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects.
• Read, interpret, and analyze contract documents.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Organize estimate data and pricing information.
• Lead preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
• Identify risks and cost-saving alternatives during estimating.
