Job summary

The Bell Company is seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial projects. The initial assignment is in Washington, DC, with the regional office in Hanover, MD.

You will supervise craft personnel, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality across complex installations. We offer an ESOP, annual bonus program, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a plumbing background.
• Past projects should exceed $5 million in size.
• Experience supervising craftspeople in a self-perform environment.
• Familiar with project controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, quality/safety).
• Past professional licensing is a plus.

THE REGIONAL OFFICE IS LOCATED IN HANOVER, MD. WITH THE INITIAL ASSIGNMENT LOCATED IN WASHINGTON, DC. THE RATE OF PAY IS $90k-130k / YEAR.

PAY RANGE:$90k-$130k / YEAR FOR MECHANICAL PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT

Job Specific Requirements:

• Must have supervised craft in a self-perform environment.
• The candidate must have 5 years' experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.
• Past project size should exceed $5 million
• Must demonstrate experience and capability for monitoring production and controlling costs.
• Familiar with management controls (i.e., schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety) facilitated during project execution.
• Past personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades is required and previous/past professional licensing is a plus.

Certifications:

• OSHA 30 hour required prior to start date (company will provide the online course at no cost to employee).
