Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing/mechanical systems/modeling using Revit.
• Ability to produce accurate 3D models and prepare Shop Drawings.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping/Equipment Layout.
• Manage changes and update models based on project requirements.
• Identify conflicts through RFI process and resolve issues.

Skills

Knowledge of construction process
