Job summary

Sunstall Inc. in New York seeks a dedicated Mechanical Pipe Foreman to lead a team on diverse projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include supervising a team of up to 10 tradespeople, enforcing safety procedures, coordinating schedules (CM/GC), and ensuring deadlines while managing materials and subcontractor relations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman pipefitting experience and competence
• Strong safety knowledge with OSHA awareness
• Ability to read and interpret project schedules and blueprints
• Familiarity with CM/GC schedules and shop drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of mechanical pipe workers on job sites.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules within the project budget.
