• Experience developing manufacturing processes, BOMs, and detailed work instructions.
• Proven experience supporting NPI, production ramp-ups, and complex assembly operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
