Job summary

H3X Technologies in Colorado is hiring Mechanical Engineers focused on advanced manufacturing to scale our motor production from prototype to full production.

You will own programs such as Stator Manufacturing, Rotating Assemblies, or Final Assembly, bridging R&D and manufacturing to deliver reliable, efficient, scalable hardware. Roles range from Associate to Staff with hands-on process development and tooling leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong fundamentals, drawings, and GD&T knowledge.
• CAD proficiency; SolidWorks preferred.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prototype, and mature manufacturing processes from concept to production.
• Lead manufacturing readiness: process development, instructions, tooling design, testing, and transitions to production.
• Own capacity planning and scale production area to meet forecasted demand.
• Design, validate, and deploy production tooling and fixtures in SolidWorks.
• Investigate root causes and drive CAPA to eliminate defects.
• Build systems and workflows to accelerate team performance.
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, quality, and operations to bake manufacturability in from the start.
