Job summary

H3X Technologies Inc. is seeking Mechanical Engineers to own advanced manufacturing processes for scalable electric motor production. You will bridge R&D and manufacturing, develop tooling, and drive production readiness from prototype to full-scale output.

You will work across Stator Manufacturing, Rotating Assemblies, and Final Assembly, collaborating with design, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and high reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, drawings, and GD&T.
• CAD proficiency, SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale manufacturing processes from prototype to production.
• Own capacity planning and tooling design for production areas.
• Design and deploy production tooling and fixtures to improve quality and throughput.
• Lead readiness activities for new products and resolve production issues.
