Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical in Devens, MA to drive assembly process development and manufacturing improvements. You will work with global teams to standardize tooling, fixtures, and equipment while supporting capacity expansion and KPI targets.

The role requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, with strong CAD, FMEA/DFMA, and lean transformation experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with SPC, process improvements, and quality tooling.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD, FMEA, DFMA, RCA and lean transformation methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize productivity with global teams.
• Develop and implement capital projects to expand Deven Manufacturing site.
• Collaborate with Production to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Create process controls and documentation to minimize waste and rework.
• Maintain SOPs and visual aids for assembly processes.
