Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our client in Hampton, GA. The role involves repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to support equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with a rotating shift and mandatory overtime. The candidate should have 2–3 years of related experience and be capable of utilizing computer-based maintenance

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One-year certificate from a college or technical school.
2–3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Respond to process and equipment issues and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Adhere to safety and housekeeping programs to maintain a safe work environment.
Utilize machines and measuring instruments to perform precision alignment, welding, pipe fitting, and repairs.
