Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using manuals and schematics.
• Operate and monitor the facility boiler to keep steam pressure above 180 psi.
• Complete maintenance records and inform supervisors of issues and progress.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals.
• Take on additional tasks to support maintenance and production efficiency.
