Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Min. 3 years maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and overtime as needed.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be willing to work outside regular schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment including FMC bag machine, winder, extruder, unwinder and resin system.
• Follow safety rules and plant procedures.
• Plan and execute tasks per standards and codes.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet goals in safety, quality, production and housekeeping.
• Read and follow written instructions from management and supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document test data.
