Saukville, WI 53080* **Shift:** This position follows our **5-2-2-5 rotating night shift** schedule. You’ll work **five nights on, five nights off, two nights on, two nights off**—giving you a great work-life balance with regular extended breaks. Shifts are **12 hours**, starting at **4:30 PM and ending at 4:30 AM**. It’s a consistent, predictable rotation that gives you built-in time off without using PTO.**What you'll do:*** Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical systems to keep operations running smoothly* Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and equipment calibrations to optimize performance and reliability* Work hands-on with hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and power transmission systems* Safely operate and maintain industrial tools and mobile equipment including cranes and forklifts* Partner with Electrical Maintenance Technicians to tackle cross-functional maintenance tasks* Always prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols such as lockout/tagout, fall protection, and confined space entry procedures**What you will bring:*** High school diploma or GED (Don’t have one?
